is a family owned business with Cathrine Østerberg and Niels Østerberg in front.
Niels has a background as chemical engineer and has worked with fruit based beverages for several decades.
The passion for developing delicious and tasty products has been passed on to Cathrine, the daugther of Niels. Cathrine has a master's degree in food science, gastronomy and health, and finally she wrote her thesis on ice cream structure.
Together with an international team of skilled product developers, Østerberg's products are developed with focus on innovation and quality.
